Extend the Linux build (#43) to build and test on MacOS

Part of #30

Output:

shell script to execute build and test operations
extensions to Jenkins script to launch Mac script

Need to implement a custom find_openmp (shared with @g5t) as system library is not compatible with MATLAB

Mac mini purchase request raised with FIT (FIT-15003). Contact is Angela Way.

"Mac was out of stock when I ordered it but stock should be in the end of this week [w/c 3-Feb] so hopefully next week sometime"
