[update simplify-qt-find] minimun version set to 5.11.0 #356

  1. Minimum version set to 5.11.0;
  2. delete core gui;
  3. ignore build*/ , The Qt Creater will generate the build-... Folder

5.11 seems to be reasonable. For examle, the earliest yet supported Ubuntu distribution is 22.10. It uses Qt 5.15 (if I do not mix up anything)
