Costs have negative sign in wrong place #15

Should read eg -£2.25, and not £-2.25. (ie should use standard notation for currency.)

The predbat html actually outputs it like that so it's a predbat bug really.

I hadn't noticed it though

I feel like this is a fix worth fixing. If Trefor fixes in the original card no harm should be done.

I've included correctly formatting negative HTML plan totals in my latest release of Predbat changes
