FR: Add option for PV10% column

Newer versions of Predbat have included the PV10% and Load10% information on the debug mode predbat plan but there is currently no way to show this information on the Predbat table card.

Personally I am not bothered about the Load10% but the PV10% would sometimes be useful, especially on a tablet/PC where there is enough screen real estate to display it.

Either another column or combined with the PV column

I don't get the Load 10% values shown either, and am quite happy not to see those

I am going to add this only if you are using the "old_skool" column styles. Then you have option to use or not use.

Mmm, OK. I personally like the cleaner look of the new column styles for PV and Load. Am only using old_skool for SOC and state

And you're not going to like this, but I was kinda hoping for a pv_column and a pvplus10_column, i.e. as-is pv and pv with 10% in some nice formatted way then people can have the choice as to what they want 😉
