Badge view, more like iPhone version #190

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. On my own profile page, tap the Badges icon
2. Badges view only shows the badges I've obtained; iPhone version shows
those plus all other possible badges.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see all possible badges in a grayed out icon. Currently, can ONLY
see the badges I've obtained.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Currently using v2010-05-11 running on Android 2.1-update1.

We are constrained by what the api gives us, we can't offer any other badge 
info until the foursquare api gives us more information to work with. 
Re-labeling this to a feature request.
