scp and ssh settings

@sckott could you explain why you do:

• In scp_ssh:

  mssg(verbose, "Removing known host if already present")
  system(sprintf('ssh-keygen -R %s', ip))

• In scp(): StrictHostKeyChecking=no

Those both seem a little risky to me

Because if you already have the key in your known_hosts file (e.g, you've used the same ip address previously), then interacting with the same ip address may fail. I'm sure there's a better way to do this?
