Update Prosody version to 11.5 #14

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. A number of bugs in prosody v10 meant that it was not possible to make use of many of the modules such as mod_persist_muc_passwords.lua. There are also changes to default_storage. Universe is missing. I believe there is also an issue with hostname in /etc/hosts but have not tested fully, I just added the FQDN. Port 4443 tcp should be added to the ufw enable list.

Describe the solution you'd like Include the latest version of prosody 11.5 with the correct ownership and rights set (currently everything is set to root root where it should be prosody prosody. Add Universe as this is currently missing.

Describe alternatives you've considered I was able to get around this by adding the source and key straight after running up the drop before running your script.

I should also say thanks for this script! A million times better that AWS.
People go read up on Jitsi and its capabilities at jitsi.org instead of getting all angry at pachamaltese . Jitsi is highly configurable and cann be setup in many ways. This market place app is a perfect starting point depending on your ability.
