As Discourse no longer allows editing of theme component CSS when installed from a Git repository, we need to ask for this.

Will involve adding a setting and a bit more. Willing to have a crack at this once I work out how to use this GitHub thing.

Actually, I sorted it. Made a bit of a dog's breakfast of the GitHub side of things though. Is in the master branch of my fork.
