Migrate to PhotoPicker #592

Based on latest developer e-mail from Google they're likely to be phasing out support for READ_MEDIA_IMAGES and READ_MEDIA_VIDEO in favour of https://developer.android.com/training/data-storage/shared/photopicker by August 2024.
