Dear authors,

I have read with interest the preprint that links to this Github repo, "Trajectory inference from single-cell genomics data with a process time model".

The preprint mentions the "Chronocell" approach, and the corresponding author does invite readers to "take a look the [Chronocell] tool" (x.com/lpachter/status/1819119066592031146#m).

I was wondering if you could provide some instructions on where to find the tool, as this repository contains notebooks and a package (RADOM) with just a little bit of documentation.

Thanks for your interest and really sorry for the confusion we caused!

RADOM is the old name and the name of package is updated to be Chronocell now.

I've made some updates to the README and will be working on the documentation.
