[gget_alphafold] - Feature Request - Add an option to submit a MSA instead of a protein sequence #52

Hi Laura, It would be great if there was an option to be able to submit a MSA instead of a protein sequence as input for gget alphafold. The use case here is to submit (manually) curated MSA, instead of "all" sequences holomologs that come usually with sequence errors (prediction errors, isoforms, fragments... etc; PMID: 33172385), inorder to improve the folding predictions.

Can you provide an example of the manually curated MSA so we can determine the structure of the input better?
