Drosophila melanogaster transcripts to genes file is empty #6

In the latest release of the Dmel reference, the transcripts to genes file is empty. I think this might be causing my kb output to produce empty h5ad files, though I have not finished testing it yet. Here is what the file probably should be, made via 

cat  ../drosophila_melanogaster/Drosophila_melanogaster.BDGP6.22.96.gtf  | python t2g.py > transcripts_to_genes.txt
