Add support for STORM- and VASA-seq #221

Hi kb_python team - thank you again for all your help getting STORM-seq integrated into ngs-tools and kallisto to run with kb_python. I wanted to open a PR to officially integrate STORM- and VASA-seq into kb_python. Thanks again for a great tool!

I needed to remove vasa-seq because it's not part of ngs-tools. STORM-seq works though.
