The user should be able to specify the output paths for the .t2g and .fa files generated by featuremap.py

Output file paths can now be specified using the optional arguments --t2g and --fa. By default, the filepaths are set to --t2g ./FeaturesMismatch.t2g and --fa ./FeaturesMismatch.fa.
