Satpathy lab 10x-RNA-ATAC-MULTIseq seqspec assay complete with post fmt.yaml check and 1M reads in fastq/ directory.

Regarding the "lib_struct" parameter- for now we can just have a blank string and in the future it will contain a link to a page with a visualization of the structure.
