NA/NaN/Inf in foreign function call (arg 11) #177

I am using DESeq2 and now having a problem with pheatmap.

My list does not have any missing information (I have already checked) but I am still getting an error message : NA/NaN/Inf in foreign function call (arg 11)

I used biocLite('DESeq2') to download.

Any suggestions to fix this issue??

Hey @sosug32, thanks for opening this issue, but I'm not sure what this issue has to do with sleuth? Did you use sleuth-calculated values? Otherwise, do you think it might be better to post this on the issue forum for DESeq2?
