Here is the emergency patch to fix the missing gene_from_gene function. I updated the documentation a little bit from what it was previously. When doing documentation, there also was some outdated information in the sleuth_to_matrix function, so I went ahead and fixed that too.
Just want to run this by someone else before it gets folded into master.
