Option to plot image in a separate adjacent panel rather than behind cells/spots #21

Because plotting the image behind the spots or cells can distort color perception. Plus the cells and spots cover up the image anyway. This will make plotting multiple samples more complicated, since patchwork needs to be used rather than facet_wrap. It might lead to extensive refactoring.
