TODO: get off my lazy bum and catch up to upstream.

EAX COM api has been moved from dsoal, into softopenal itself.
a number of improvements were done in dsoal.
I think things have broken in the meanwhile with dsoal-XP, possibly after EAX transfer.

This would be much appreciated. I have some retro hardware which runs XP perfectly fine but lacks a creative sound card (e.g. Laptops or mainboards without pci slots). So using dsoal on real Windows XP is awesome :)
