no problem, just loaded via google copy..

If i understand right this app should work with openvpn as TAP client?

Just very difficult understand how should i run it with client.ovpn file as it is config file for openvpn clients..

No, Tinc App works exclusively with tinc networks. It is not compatible with OpenVPN, for which other clients are listed on: https://openvpn.net/vpn-server-resources/connecting-to-access-server-with-android/
