Table 35 (retrospective parameter estimates) has a couple of errors #1140

  1. Shows 2023 relative spawning biomass and 2022 rel. fishing intensity, though these should be 2024 and 2023 (like in Tables 32-34, and in last year's equivalent table).
  2. For the same two rows, we have values for the retrospective calculations, but shouldn't have (because we taking off a year of data means we can't calculated 2024 biomass). We had dashes last year.

Just did a fresh build in case it was fixed by recent other commits, but it wasn't.
