feat: change the point type in squid plot based on if there is age-1 index or not #1144

Discussion during the sensitivity presentation at the SRG meeting .... Why does the 2021 estimates start out negative and is not highly positive. Led me to think that it would be nice to change the shape of the point in the squid plot based on if there was an age-1 index or not.
