After some of Chris's structural changes the only things I didn't have building properly were:
[x] Fig j and Fig 36 (forecast projections), which call make.forecast.depletion.comparison.plot() that then calls SSplotComparisons() which doesn't seem to make a plot.
[ ] Fig 55 and 56 - retropsectives - lines not showing up
I haven't updated all the packages and these may just get resolved automatically in due course anyway. But this might be why a new build doesn't work. Everything else is good.
For the record (mainly for me!), I did the flagging2023 branch then wanted to merge it in, fixed a conflict, then had to fetch and do a rebase, but the full merge hadn't gone through so everything got rebased. Many of my commits in the main branch were done before some of Chris's that rename the folder structure, so the doc won't build on my final da596c5 commit, even though I it building on that commit in the flagging2023 branch.
