CEF3: alt+f4 doesn't work in cefclient main window

For second window work, but for main don't work.
In cef1 work correctly.

The alt key does not activate the top menu on Windows and the Command key does 
not activate the top menu on OS-X. It may be necessary to add logic in 
HandleKeyboardEvent in order to fix this.
