CEF3: CefBrowser::GetFrameIdentifiers does not return the correct values #626

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Use CefBrowser::GetFrameIdentifiers to return the list of identifiers.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The list of identifiers should be returned. Instead, an array of the correct 
size but with all 0 values is returned.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

Same issue in revision 1766 but only from renderer process
