Calculate PCIC12 data for plan2adapt #102

Plan2Adapt needs PCIC12 data for all future projected climatologies for the following variables:

[x] pr
[x] tasmin
[x] tasmax
[x] tasmean (see #100 )
[x] prsn
[x] gdd
[x] hdd
[x] ffd (see #99 )

We're missing the HadGEM2-CC and HadGEM2-ES for prsn rcp85, and those two as well as ACCESS1-0 for rcp26. Though I don't think the rcp26 ensemble is a priority here.
