Logs, script from quick fix of padded metadata md5 collisions. #1

As a quick workaround for this issue, 72 climdex climatology files needed for a time-sensitive project were stripped of their header padding in order to make indexing into ce_meta possible.

This action archive contains the relevant script and a list of the files it was used on.
