This archive contain scripts that create PBS jobs for indexing files into a modelmeta database, allowing files to be indexed in parallel by the PBS queue to speed up the process.
There are two files:
a template indexing job file, template.pbs
the queueing script (queue-multi-index.sh) which, when given a list of netCDF files, makes a copy of the indexing job for each file, submits it to the queue, then deletes the job file.
