Thanks, Housseyni, for pointing out this might be improved. I suggest: "Pression du vent coïncidant avec la pluie,” as per the definition given in the French text of the NBCC: i.e., “….PPPV represents la charge due au vent qui coincide avec la pluie…” and also describes how this DV is calculated, as simply the wind pressure when it happens to be raining.
