Error when downloading data from Okanagan River near Oliver #173

@AreliaTW reports that no data can be downloaded from the OKA station on the new hydro station data portal.

During the portal creation process, Arelia had to rerun the OKA data. It looks like I forgot to process the new dataset when it was created. Luckily, this should be solvable without a redeploy - all the metadata is correct already.

The data has been processed and the missing file replaced.
