Add PCIC12 Headings to CanDCS-U6 Page and Change Order #295

The downscaled_cmip6 page should contain the PCIC12 headings structured identically to the downscaled_cmip6_multi page. Additionally, the associated models should be arranged in the following order:

  1. BCC-CSM2-MR
  2. NorESM2-LM
  3. MIROC-ES2L
  4. MPI-ESM1-2-HR
  5. MRI-ESM2-0
  6. UKESM1-0-LL
  7. EC-Earth3-Veg
  8. CMCC-ESM2
  9. INM-CM5-0
  10. FGOALS-g3
  11. TaiESM1
  12. IPSL-CM6-LR
