Clarify dataset selection menu headings on BC PRISM portal #307

This doesn't need to happen immediately, but when we are ready for a new release of the PDP, it has been requested that we change the labels on the menu to remove ambiguity.

Suggested changes are to:

  1. Change the headings from "Monthly means" and "Yearly means" to "Monthly" and "Yearly" respectively
  2. In the sub-headings that give the variable names replace
    1. "Minimum temperature" with "Mean daily minimum temperature"
    2. "Maximum temperature" with "Mean daily maximum temperature"
    3. "Precipitation" with "Total precipitation"
  3. Change "Timeseries 1950-2007" to "Averages 1950-2007"
