data loading doesn't work with Microsoft Edge? #67

@mschnorb reports that the newly launched site works fine on firefox, but doesn't load selectable regions with the Microsoft Edge browser. Perhaps it is missing a polyfill?

As I don't have easy access to a Microsoft system, I emailed some friends and asked them to go to the website and see if the basin dropdown was populated.

Someone with Microsoft Edge for Business 122 reports that the basin dropdown does appear populated.
Someone with Microsoft Edge 122 on Windows 10 Pro reports that the basin dropdown does appear populated.
