Experimental addition of in-browser routing to the station data portal to support previewing station data. A link has been added to the station metadata popup - click a station on the map and scroll down to see the link.

Needed improvements:

[ ] fix reloading of map when returning to main page
[ ] add link to preview page to station metadata portal
[ ] configure error handling
