Station markers do not reflect actual data #109

This is a major issue, making this tool incorrect.

To reproduce:

  1. Open app.
  2. Use the month decrement keys to go back several months.
  3. Use them to go forward again.
  4. The markers on the map are not the same.

Traced this down to insufficiently unique keys on the circle markers.
