The map shows small black markers for some stations without larger coloured markers.

These are not baseline stations (exclusively); that layer is turned off by default, and when turned on, shows even more small black markers.
These are part of the monthly stations layer.

Find out the meaning of the no-data monthly stations. Determine what to do about them:
