Station data markers are coloured incorrectly

Example: Precip anomaly; Sep 2023; stations in north central BC:

• Station KETCHIKA at N end of Dune Zo Keyih Prov. Park:
  • Anomaly: -16.4 mm/mon
  • Baseline: 26 mm/mon
  • Departure: -63%
  • coloured according to colour scale -62.5 to -37.5
• Station FIRESIDE immediately N of KETCHIKA:
  • Anomaly: -21.8 mm/mon
  • Baseline: 36 mm/mon
  • Departure: -61%
  • coloured according to colour scale -87.5 to -62.5

Actually, this is not an error, but it is confusing to even my eye, so it needs to be clarified.

The station is coloured by departure (% difference from baseline), not by anomaly (difference from baseline). This makes sense enough, but the following measures should be taken:

• Change colour scale label to reflect this: use term departure; units %.
