Initial implementation with data from database #3

Database schema is not yet fully settled. No need to introduce Alembic at this point; it would just create migrations that are not needed; too much overhead.

[x] Update database schema
[x] Update OpenAPI spec
[x] Create a database and insert some junk in it
[x] Test against frontend
