After seeing that it needed to be under img/NAME/conf, did you just throw the
whole shimeji folder in there? Cause that's what i did, and it won't work. If
you're going to throw the whole shimeji folder in there, what you gotta do is
remove all the images from the shimeji's internal images folder, and place them
in the shimeji root folder with conf, img, and lib. Instead of having the
images in img/NAME/img, which won't work, they need to be in img/NAME.

I receive this message in the log:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="windows-31j" standalone="no"?>
<!DOCTYPE log SYSTEM "logger.dtd">
<log>
</log>

I have no idea what that means, but when I try to start my shimeji, it doesn't
appear, though the icon does.

My files are named correctly and in the correct location and they still do not
work.

Getting the same problem, though some shimeji work and some don't. Not sure
what the issue is.

When I try to start up my Shimeji, there would be no notification on an error,
nothing would show up. I would especially try to select each one individually,
but none of them would show up also.
