Show item stats at the bottom of item view in the main feed #138

On mobile, remove icons next to appreciation amount and date label.

add comments label with number of comments if the number of comments is greater than 0.
hide amount number if it is 0.

@bumTomica Since some comments don't have neither likes nor replies, they end up without anything to display in the footer. Perhaps we should move the date from the header to the footer, like with items, to make sure that at least one label is present?
