Placeholder image for items #140

I propose skeleton loading animations before we have the content loaded. They are a great way to prepare users for UI and content that will be soon visible. If this is too much for MVP, we can postpone it.

For placeholder images, I need the team's input. We can go with placeholder images or hide them if not present. Take a look.

Placeholders or no image at all? The last image has two proposals.

No image at all when there is no image available. Placeholder when loading.

Should we hide image if it fails to load or show error image?
