Add MSI Afterburner #2

The stop processes script should have an option to enable another script that will check to see if MSI afterburner is running and open it if it isn't.

That way it only has to be run when you're actually using you GPU for games. Saves on wear from overclocking your graphics card, power consumption, etc.
