choco installer failing #1

Manual download works but choco does not. Removing old packer plugins Attempt to get headers for https://releases.hashicorp.com/packer/0.12.1/packer_0.12.1_windows_amd64.zip failed. Exception calling "GetResponse" with "0" argument(s): "The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send."

@dmore Which package do you want to install? This repo is not the Chocolatey package packer. If you called choco install packer then come over here: https://github.com/StefanScherer/choco-packer

problem happens with both. is actually a dependency within.
