In many situations its ideal to externalise credentials in Packer, currently the elevated_user and elevated_password fields are not able to be templated with user defined data.

Pushed 2cf9b3d2651228b0377b07d2ef2c099edc13a09b to address this. Deploying an updated 1.0.0-RC release shortly.
