IRC channel doesn't exist #61

packer-community on FreeNode is empty. Is this on a different network, or just not used?

#packer-community exists while my computer isn't asleep. Not a lot of peeps hanging out there. I might put a bot in there to keep it alive, though I don't know how.

With some of these plugins getting merged into Packer core, perhaps @ducke's suggestion is actually appropriate and we'll eventually remove #packer-community from the readme.
