Summary

Support LoRa 2.4 GHz

Why do we need this?

To facilitate LoRaWAN peering for networks using 2.4 GHz.

What is already there? What do you see now?

Only sub-GHz bands

What is missing? What do you want to see?

LoRa 2.4 support

How do you propose to implement this?

Add ISM_2400 band (or LoRa Alliance working name WW2G4)
Support some basic band settings in Packet Broker Router
