Add Gateway name to api #38

Summary

The Name of the Gateway needs to be added to the packet broker API.

Why do we need this?

To be able to completely represent information on the gateway map on ttn.org.

What is already there? What do you see now?

The name of the Gateway.

How do you propose to implement this?

Ask Johan.

Can you do this yourself and submit a Pull Request?

I want to see the name and description added too. They are available at https://www.thethingsnetwork.org/gateway-data/.

We'd really like to see Gateway Name in here too, as well as Band Plan.
