What happened? What is the problem?

Openshift cluster is not working anymore in Zuul for 3 repos (see RETRY_LIMIT errors)

Research alternative solutions.

Read this research: https://packit.dev/research/testing/openshift-to-podman-kube-play Can the above solution solve tests for all three projects? Can we move all the tests to testing farm?
