Help with re-enabling Copr plugin in Koschei #2439

As part of https://github.com/packit/packit-service/issues/2343, we need the Copr plugin to be re-enabled in Koschei (https://github.com/fedora-infra/koschei/issues/359).

Since the original code uses old Copr API, let's help Mikolaj with the update, testing and review.
