Let's create a followup to the packit.dev frontpage and describe use cases more clearly. Answer the question of:

When should I use X?

This page should help people understand the difference between the projects and when should they use them.

TODO:

[ ] Define the personas (read, use cases)
[ ] Create the page
[ ] Link to it from the front page
[ ] Get it reviewed by someone outside of our team if it makes the use cases more clear
